records. We provide off-site
destruction of your documents, and
encourage you to witness the
destruction for your peace of mind!
ADS is fully bonded and insured and
we issue a notarized certificate of
destruction each time we are called.
All of our estimates are free and we
guarantee that all of your shredded
office paper will be recycled.
We offer free use of our security
collection containers for temporary
storage pending destruction for
routine daily, weekly, or monthly
service. Quarterly or yearly purge
service for your stored documents is
also available. Our storage
containers come as a beautiful
cabinet to blend with the office
furniture or as a cart on heavy duty
casters. The containers come
completely secure with a hasp lock
assembly and you have a key for your
convenience. They will hold from 5
to 56 cubic feet of material.

also offers full service record
management and consulting for
retaining all your stored files.
Thirty thousand square feet of space
abounds for your convenience and
peace of mind. Our facility’s
security system and our camera
surveillance is of the latest
technology. Express pickup and
delivery service is available for
your stored boxes and files. We can
usually guarantee a file delivery
within one to three hours, depending
on your geographic area, if needed.
ADS Consulting
ADS Consulting, a division
of American Document Securities,
Inc. provides its’ clients with a
“nuts and bolts” look at the
shredding and storage industry. Born
out of the need for a basic “school”
for new entrepreneurs to come and
learn the fundamentals of the
exploding records management
industry, curriculum includes
everything from running a shredder,
storing boxes to marketing the
business. Clients come from all over
the world to learn from a real
working business and leave with a
new idea of how their business will
work in their geographic area.
