Frequently Asked Questions
Why use a service
when I can do it myself?
Our service not only takes the work
out of doing it yourself, but it
also creates a “closed loop” system
by mixing thousands of our other
customers documents together before
they are shredded, making it
virtually impossible for anyone to
put it back together.
Is offsite
shredding really safer?
As we said above, off-site shredding
mixes the documents with tons of
others customer documents as well as
not exposing your documents to the
open outside of your office.
I want on-site
services because I want to watch the
shredding being done.
You are welcome to come witness
your documents being shredded at our
facility, as the majority of the
time, it takes much less time to do
than on-site shredding.
What is your
service area?
We service a 150 mile radius from
Atlanta, GA.
Do I have to
remove paper clips, binders and
staples?
No, our shredder will easily destroy
them.
Do you shred
non-paper items like books, media,
etc?
Yes. We can shred:
-Books, file folders, binders
w/clips, manuals, phone books, etc.
-Pharmaceutical bottles, etc.
-CD’s, DVD’s, and other computer
media.
If you take it to
your facility, how do I know that
you shred it?
We certainly take our job very
seriously, because we are in
existence to protect the identity of
our customers. We are NAID members,
which is an organization that
creates high standards for
information protection; We work for
law enforcement agencies all over
the state of Georgia and can produce
references upon request.
